Lead times - from start to finish
The time it takes to launch a product from the initial conversation through to shipped production varies on where it is produced and how complex the garments are. Below is a typical timeline and a brief explanation of the processes involved and the time taken to complete each stage.

SAMPLE
STEP - 3
This can take around 5-7 weeks and up to 6-8 weeks if we need to print, dye and color lab dip test. The 1st sample always takes this long as the factory starts from scratch and needs to cut patterns based on our designs and tech pack, order specific fabrics and to guarantee quality and performance and then stitch the garments to our requirements.
ADJUSTMENT (if require)
STEP - 5
This takes slightly less time than the 1st sample as they already have a pattern to work from and usually have surplus fabrics and trims. Production of the 2nd samples usually takes 3 weeks and up to 5 weeks if need print and dye. Again, this depends on the factory and the garment.
FITTING AFTER ADJUSTMENT
STEP - 6
We repeat the process of fitting and measuring the 2nd sample and check that all of the construction improvements have been made. We carry out a final inspection of the construction and pass on our final comments to the factory that will adjust the patterns and update the technical specification.
